Construction of the Center for Changing Lives is currently on schedule. The site is south of 24th Street, west of Park Avenue, and east of Oakland Avenue in south Minneapolis. The latest status report is below.

Completed:

• Footings and foundation walls
• Precast (garage columns and ceiling)
• Steel structure
• Exterior wall framing and sheathing

In progress:

• Roofing
• Exterior brick

Future milestones:

• Interior drywall (July)
• Landscaping (August)
• Park Avenue Apartments complete (September)
• Center for Changing Lives service center complete (November)
