Public dollars are helping to fund the Center for Changing Lives in several ways. Contributors include the State of Minnesota, the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, and the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development. The City of Minneapolis and Hennepin County have also made substantial contributions to the project.
