Construction of the Center for Changing Lives is currently on schedule. The site is south of 24th Street, west of Park Avenue, and east of Oakland Avenue in south Minneapolis. The latest status report is below.

• Exterior windows

Future milestones:

• Park Avenue Apartments complete (September 1)
• Center for Changing Lives service center complete (November 17)
