Construction of the Center for Changing Lives is currently on schedule. The site is south of 24th Street, west of Park Avenue, and east of Oakland Avenue in south Minneapolis. The latest status report is below.

Service Center Progress:

• Steel 90% complete
• Exterior studs 40% complete
• Exterior sheathing 35% complete
• Mechanical/electrical rough-in started

Service Center Milestones:

• Roof weather tight by June 12
• Interior drywall installation begins July 3
• Landscaping to occur in August
• Project complete on November 1
• Move-in date is November 28

Park Avenue Apartments Progress:

• 5th floor wall panels complete
• Roof trusses started
• Mechanical rough-ins on 3rd and 4th floor started

Park Avenue Apartments Milestones:

• Roof weather tight by April 30
• Interior drywall installation begins May 1
• Landscaping to occur in August
• Project complete and ready for move-in on September 1
