Progress UpdateNovember 17: Construction completeConstruction of the Park Avenue Apartments was completed on September 1. Weis Builders turned the building over to LSS that day. Most units are currently occupied. Construction of the Center for Changing Lives, where LSS services and staff reside, is complete. Staff have moved into the building and are offering services to clients at that location. Weis is working on some owner-requested additions. September 18: Tenants move into the apartments as the Center nears completionConstruction of the Park Avenue Apartments was completed on September 1.
